Move the raid6 code to live in lib/raid/ with the XOR code, and change the
internal organization so that each architecture has a subdirectory similar
to the CRC, crypto and XOR libraries, and fix up the Makefile to only
build files actually needed.

Also move the kunit test case from the history test/ subdirectory to
tests/ and use the normal naming scheme for it.

With the test code ported to kernel space, none of this is required.

It is no longer necessary to check for CONFIG_AS_AVX512, since the minimum
assembler version is now from binutils-2.30 and this always supports it.

Optimize RAID6 recovery functions to take advantage of
the 512-bit ZMM integer instructions introduced in AVX512.

AVX512 optimized recovery functions, which is simply based
on recov_avx2.c written by Jim Kukunas

This patch was tested and benchmarked before submission on
a hardware that has AVX512 flags to support such instructions
