This reverts commits:

d507204d3c5cc57d9a8bdf0a477615bb59ea1611 ("tcp/dccp: add tw-&gt;tw_bslot")

As Leonard pointed out, a newly allocated netns can happen
to reuse a freed 'struct net'.

While TCP TW timers were covered by my patches, other things were not:

1) Lookups in rx path (INET_MATCH() and INET6_MATCH()), as they look
  at 4-tuple plus the 'struct net' pointer.

2) /proc/net/tcp[6] and inet_diag, same reason.

3) hashinfo-&gt;bhash[], same reason.

Fixing all this seems risky, lets instead revert.

In the future, we might have a per netns tcp hash table, or
a per netns list of timewait sockets...

<title>ipv4: Avoid using RTO_ONLINK with ip_route_connect().</title>

<content type='text'>
Now that ip_rt_fix_tos() doesn't reset -&gt;flowi4_scope unconditionally,
we don't have to rely on the RTO_ONLINK bit to properly set the scope
of a flowi4 structure. We can just set -&gt;flowi4_scope explicitly and
avoid using RTO_ONLINK in -&gt;flowi4_tos.

This patch converts callers of ip_route_connect(). Instead of setting
the tos parameter with RT_CONN_FLAGS(sk), as all callers do, we can:

  1- Drop the tos parameter from ip_route_connect(): its value was
     entirely based on sk, which is also passed as parameter.

  2- Set -&gt;flowi4_scope depending on the SOCK_LOCALROUTE socket option
     instead of always initialising it with RT_SCOPE_UNIVERSE (let's
     define ip_sock_rt_scope() for this purpose).

  3- Avoid overloading -&gt;flowi4_tos with RTO_ONLINK: since the scope is
     now properly initialised, we don't need to tell ip_rt_fix_tos() to
     adjust -&gt;flowi4_scope for us. So let's define ip_sock_rt_tos(),
     which is the same as RT_CONN_FLAGS() but without the RTO_ONLINK
     bit overload.

Note:
  In the original ip_route_connect() code, __ip_route_output_key()
  might clear the RTO_ONLINK bit of fl4-&gt;flowi4_tos (because of
  ip_rt_fix_tos()). Therefore flowi4_update_output() had to reuse the
  original tos variable. Now that we don't set RTO_ONLINK any more,
  this is not a problem and we can use fl4-&gt;flowi4_tos in
  flowi4_update_output().

This patch introduces a function wrapper to call the sk_error_report
callback. That will prepare to add additional handling whenever
sk_error_report is called, for example to trace socket errors.

DCCP is virtually never used, so no need to use space in struct net for it.

Put the pernet ipv4/v6 socket in the dccp ipv4/ipv6 modules instead.

Pull selinux updates from Paul Moore:
 "While we have a small number of SELinux patches for v5.11, there are a
  few changes worth highlighting:

   - Change the LSM network hooks to pass flowi_common structs instead
     of the parent flowi struct as the LSMs do not currently need the
     full flowi struct and they do not have enough information to use it
     safely (missing information on the address family).

     This patch was discussed both with Herbert Xu (representing team
     netdev) and James Morris (representing team
     LSMs-other-than-SELinux).

   - Fix how we handle errors in inode_doinit_with_dentry() so that we
     attempt to properly label the inode on following lookups instead of
     continuing to treat it as unlabeled.

   - Tweak the kernel logic around allowx, auditallowx, and dontauditx
     SELinux policy statements such that the auditx/dontauditx are
     effective even without the allowx statement.

  Everything passes our test suite"

<title>tcp: fix race condition when creating child sockets from syncookies</title>

<content type='text'>
When the TCP stack is in SYN flood mode, the server child socket is
created from the SYN cookie received in a TCP packet with the ACK flag
set.

The child socket is created when the server receives the first TCP
packet with a valid SYN cookie from the client. Usually, this packet
corresponds to the final step of the TCP 3-way handshake, the ACK
packet. But is also possible to receive a valid SYN cookie from the
first TCP data packet sent by the client, and thus create a child socket
from that SYN cookie.

Since a client socket is ready to send data as soon as it receives the
SYN+ACK packet from the server, the client can send the ACK packet (sent
by the TCP stack code), and the first data packet (sent by the userspace
program) almost at the same time, and thus the server will equally
receive the two TCP packets with valid SYN cookies almost at the same
instant.

When such event happens, the TCP stack code has a race condition that
occurs between the momement a lookup is done to the established
connections hashtable to check for the existence of a connection for the
same client, and the moment that the child socket is added to the
established connections hashtable. As a consequence, this race condition
can lead to a situation where we add two child sockets to the
established connections hashtable and deliver two sockets to the
userspace program to the same client.

This patch fixes the race condition by checking if an existing child
socket exists for the same client when we are adding the second child
socket to the established connections socket. If an existing child
socket exists, we drop the packet and discard the second child socket
to the same client.
