We have very similar name functions (A)(B). Both gets component from
snd_kcontrol, but (A) is used in callback functions which is registered
through snd_soc_add_component_controls(), (B) is used through
snd_soc_dapm_new_widgets().

	(A) snd_soc_kcontrol_component()
	(B) snd_soc_dapm_kcontrol_component()

(B) is using very picky way to get component but using it is necessary in
ASoC. But (A) is just wrapper function to snd_kcontrol_chip(), and directly
using it without wrapper is very common way on ALSA.
To reduce confusions of similar function, let's use common way on (A).

of_gpio.h is deprecated, update the driver to use GPIO descriptors.
 - Use of_property_present to check "ti,hs_extmute_gpio" to set hs_extmute
 - if returned value is true.
 - Use devm_gpiod_get_optional to get GPIO descriptor, set consumer name.
 - Use gpiod_set_value to configure output value.

While at here
 - drop remove hook after switching to use devm_gpiod_get_optional
 - Add return value for twl4030_init_chip to propagate value to parent
   in case defer probe happens

Checking the only user logicpd-som-lv.dtsi that uses polarity
GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH, so all should work as expected.

Don't populate the read-only array ramp_base on the stack but
instead make it static const. Also makes the object code a
little smaller.

naming, as such drivers using the new scheme no longer need to specify
the non_legacy_dai_naming flag.

Legacy or non DT boot is no longer possible on systems where the
tw4030/5030 is used.

Drop the support for handling legacy pdata and replace it with a local
board_params struct to allow further cleanups on the mfd side.
