The tasklet is an old API that should be deprecated, usually can be
converted to another decent API.  In ASoC TXx9 ACLC driver, a tasklet
is still used for offloading the hardware reset function.  It can be
achieved gracefully with a work queued, too.

This patch replaces the tasklet usage in TXx9 ACLC driver with a
simple work.  The conversion is fairly straightforward.

In preparation for unconditionally passing the
struct tasklet_struct pointer to all tasklet
callbacks, switch to using the new tasklet_setup()
and from_tasklet() to pass the tasklet pointer explicitly.

Looks like I misread the Kconfig magic and this driver can be compiled
into 32-bit kernels.  Add back the hack to extent the range of the
resource_size_t, and include the header with the txx9-specific ioremap
magic for that.

The txx9 sound driver deends on HAS_TXX9_ACLC, which is only set for
three tx49xx SOCs, and thus always has a 64-bit phys_addr_t and
resource_size_t.  Instead of poking into ioremap internals to work
around a potentially too small resource_size_t just add a BUILD_BUG_ON
to catch such a case.

Now, snd_soc_dai_driver::bus_control is used for how to resume.
But, no driver which has bus_control has DAI driver suspend/resume
support.
This patch removes pointless bus_control from ALSA SoC.

Commit a857e073ffc6 ("ASoC: txx9: txx9aclc: remove snd_pcm_ops") removed
the last use of the rtd variable but didn't remove its definition,
leading to the following warning/error for MIPS rbtx49xx_defconfig
builds:

    [-Werror=unused-variable]

Resolve this by removing the unused variable.
