configs: introduce Khadas vim3 defconfigHEADlinux-amlogic/landau-v7.0for-landau-next
Summary changes:
- disable building-in initramfs image
- enable brcmfmac driver
- disable USB_FUNCTIONFS. CONFIG_USB_FUNCTIONFS (g_ffs) is legacy.
We have to disable it and use another init sequence for adb
devices.
- enable configs needed by adbd
