iio: light: ltr501: Fix sorting order of device arrays
Using alphanumerical sort order for these should help reduce merge conflicts. The 0 assignment to the first entry is not needed, as the first entry will always be 0. The main thing is to keep the values here in sync with the elements in ltr501_chip_info_tbl[].
