Pull clk patches from Brian Masney:
- New clock controller drivers for the Cix Sky1 audio subsystem (AUDSS),
UltraRISC DP1000, and MediaTek MT8173 MFG_TOP, along with their devicetree
bindings. Si549 support was added to the existing si544 driver.
- New clock and reset support for the Aspeed AST2700 PECI controller and Airoha
EN7523 PCIe PERSTOUT reset lines.
- The clk core gains devm_clk_bulk_get_enable() as the mandatory counterpart to
the existing optional variant, and exports
devm_clk_hw_register_composite_pdata() for modular drivers.
- Tegra gets a proper EMC clock implementation for Tegra114, 48MHz pll_p_out1
support needed for UEFI on Surface2, and the Xilinx clocking-wizard gains PLL
charge pump/lock parameter programming during dynamic reconfiguration.
- Bug fixes for a NULL pointer dereference from uninitialized clk_init_data in
the eswin driver, an IO remap leak in the MediaTek pllfh error path, inverted
gate control for MT8135 devapc_ck, a missing OF node put in tegra124-emc on
registration failure, a prepare reference leak in the palmas driver,
unregistered PLLs on MT6735 probe failure, a missing kasprintf NULL check in
pmc_atom, PCIe warm boot instability in the Airoha EN7523 driver, and a
clocking-wizard clock difference detection bug.
- Various cleanups across tegra, st, and mvebu providers to stop misusing the
consumer clock API, along with other minor fixes and improvements.

The devapc_ck (CLK_INFRA_DEVAPC) on MT8135 is currently using
"mtk_clk_gate_ops_setclr". However, checking the downstream kernel reveals
that this clock is configured with set:enable and clr:disable making
"mtk_clk_gate_ops_setclr_inv" the appropriate choice.
But, it is strange that some downstream kernels are not like that.

The MFG (GPU) block on the MT8173 has a small glue layer, named MFG_TOP
in the datasheet, that contains clock gates, some power sequence signal
delays, and other unknown registers that get toggled when the GPU is
powered on.
The clock gates are exposed as clocks provided by a clock controller,
while the power sequencing bits are exposed as one singular power domain.

When mtk_clk_register_pllfhs function fails to register a PLL, it
unregisters all PLLs and cleans up itself in its error path before
returning, so the function callers don't need to do it.
But contrary to mtk_clk_unregister_pllfhs function, that does almost
the same sequence, it does not free the IO memory mapped on fhctl node,
leading to a leak.
Fix this leak by factorizing the cleanup sequence in a new private
function and use it both mtk_clk_register_pllfhs and
mtk_clk_unregister_pllfhs functions.
Also, change the loop index start value to avoid the -1 operation on
index at each loop.

The driver has an OF match table wired to .of_match_table, but does
not export the table with MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE().
Add the missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(of, ...) entry so module alias
information is generated for OF based module autoloading.
This is a source-level fix. It does not claim dynamic hardware
reproduction; the evidence is the driver-owned match table, its use by
the platform driver, and the missing module alias publication.

mtk_clk_register_plls() registers the apmixedsys PLL clocks manually, while
clk_mt6735_apmixed_remove() unregisters them on driver removal.
If devm_of_clk_add_hw_provider() fails after the PLL registration succeeds,
probe returns the error directly and the remove callback is not run. This
leaves the registered PLL clocks behind on the probe failure path.
Unregister the PLLs in that failure branch before returning the error.

<linux/device-id/*.h> where applicable. For most cases the include
can be dropped completely, only a few drivers need one or two headers
added.

The MediaTek MT8196 vlpckgen clock driver uses
__devm_regmap_init_mmio_clk() by devm_regmap_init_mmio(),
which is defined in drivers/base/regmap/regmap-mmio.c.
However, the driver's Kconfig entry does not select REGMAP_MMIO.
This causes a linker error when REGMAP_MMIO is not enabled.
Fix this by selecting REGMAP_MMIO in the Kconfig entry.

All 19 muxes in the infra_muxes[] array are pure mux selectors without
a clock gate or update register, yet they were defined using
MUX_GATE_CLR_SET_UPD with gate_shift = -1.
This macro assigns mtk_mux_gate_clr_set_upd_ops, whose
enable/disable/is_enabled callbacks perform BIT(gate_shift). Since
gate_shift is stored as u8, the -1 truncates to 255, causing a
shift-out-of-bounds at runtime:

separate GATE_INFRA* definitions further down.

The mfg_pll_sel mux has neither a clock gate nor an update register,
and upd_ofs is stored as u32, so the -1 truncates to 0xFFFFFFFF.
While upd_shift being -1 (as s8) prevents the update path from
executing at runtime, the bogus upd_ofs value is still stored in the
struct.
Use MUX_CLR_SET to avoid passing sentinel values to wrongly-typed
fields.

Some MediaTek SoCs (e.g. MT7988) define infra muxes that have neither
a clock gate nor an update register.
Add a MUX_CLR_SET convenience macro that takes only the mux register
offsets, bit shift, and width, hardcoding upd_ofs = 0 and
upd_shift = -1 so callers cannot accidentally pass bogus sentinel
values to wrongly-typed fields.

This is the exact same thing as the 'alloc_obj()' version, only much
smaller because there are a lot fewer users of the *alloc_flex()
interface.
As with alloc_obj() version, this was done entirely with mindless brute
force, using the same script, except using 'flex' in the pattern rather
than 'objs*'.

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using
git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'
to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.
Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.
For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:
Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)
Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)
Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)
(where TYPE may also be *VAR)
The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

devm_pm_runtime_enable() can fail due to memory allocation. The current
code ignores its return value, and when pm_runtime_resume_and_get() fails,
it returns directly without unmapping the shared_io region.
Add error handling for devm_pm_runtime_enable(). Reorder cleanup labels
to properly unmap shared_io on pm_runtime_resume_and_get() failure.

This option defaults to y for ARCH64 meaning it's built even if we don't
want anything related to mediatek. Make the default condition stricter
and only build it if ARCH_MEDIATEK is selected.

All the MFGPLL require MFG_EB to be on for any operation on them, and
they only tick when MFG_EB is on as well, therefore making this a
parent-child relationship.
This dependency wasn't clear during the initial upstreaming of these
clock controllers, as it only made itself known when I could observe
the effects of the clock by bringing up a different piece of hardware.
Add a new PLL_PARENT_EN flag to mediatek's clk-pll.h, and check for it
when initialising the pll to then translate it into the actual
CLK_OPS_PARENT_ENABLE flag.
Then add the mfg_eb parent to the mfgpll clocks, and set the new
PLL_PARENT_EN flag.

After refactoring all of PLL to pass the device, it's now fairly easy to
refactor pllfh and its users, as pllfh registration wraps PLL
registration.
Do this refactor and move all of the pllfh users to pass the device as
well.

Passing the struct device pointer to clk_hw_register allows for runtime
power management to work for the registered clock controllers. However,
the mediatek PLL clocks do not do this.
Change this by adding a struct device pointer argument to
mtk_clk_register_pll, and fix up the only other user of it. Also add a
new member to the struct mtk_clk_pll for the struct device pointer,
which is set by mtk_clk_register_pll and is used by
mtk_clk_register_pll_ops.
If mtk_clk_register_pll is called with a NULL struct device pointer,
then everything still works as expected; the clock core will simply
treat them as previously, i.e. without runtime power management.

As it stands, mtk_clk_register_plls takes a struct device_node pointer
as its first argument. This is a tragic happenstance, as it's trivial to
get the device_node from a struct device, but the opposite not so much.
The struct device is a much more useful thing to have passed down.
Refactor mtk_clk_register_plls to take a struct device pointer instead
of a struct device_node pointer, and fix up all users of this function.

Since commit 8ceff24a754a ("clk: mediatek: clk-gate: Refactor

are no longer just used for initialization/registration, but also at

On MT8196, some clocks use one register for parent selection and
gating, and a separate register for frequency division. Since composite
clocks can combine a mux, divider, and gate in a single entity, add a
macro to simplify registration of such clocks by combining parent
selection, frequency scaling, and enable control into one definition.

MT8196 use a HW voter for gate enable/disable control. Voting is
performed using set/clr regs, with a status bit used to verify the vote
state. Add new set of gate clock operations with support for voting via
set/clr regs.

MT8196 uses a HW voter for gate enable/disable control, with
set/clr/sta registers located in a separate regmap. Refactor
mtk_clk_register_gate() to take a struct mtk_gate, and add a pointer to
it in struct mtk_clk_gate. This allows reuse of the static gate data
(including HW voter register offsets) without adding extra function
arguments, and removes redundant duplication in the runtime data struct.

On MT8196, some clock controllers use a separate regmap for hardware
voting via set/clear/status registers. Add mtk_clk_get_hwv_regmap() to
retrieve this optional regmap, avoiding duplicated lookup code in
mtk_clk_register_muxes() and mtk_clk_register_gate().
