| Stop using fixed and IDs and covert the platform to use dynamic IDs for the interconnect. This gives more flexibility and also allows us to drop the .num_links member, saving from possible errors related to it being not set or set incorrectly. | Add driver for the Qualcomm interconnect buses found in SM8450 based platforms. The topology consists of several NoCs that are controlled by a remote processor that collects the aggregated bandwidth for each master-slave pairs.
