KVM: SVM: Emulate PERF_CNTR_GLOBAL_STATUS_SET for PerfMonV2
Emulate PERF_CNTR_GLOBAL_STATUS_SET when PerfMonV2 is enumerated to the guest, as the MSR is supposed to exist in all AMD v2 PMUs.
