ARM: PXA: remove remnants of PXA93x support
Support for PXA93x chips was removed in commit d711b8a2987a ("ARM: pxa:
remove pxa93x support"), but some code to handle them remains. Remove
it.
Discovered while searching for CONFIG_* symbols referenced in code but
not defined in any Kconfig file.
