rcu-tasks: Convert cond_resched_tasks_rcu_qs() to static inline
In order to make "cc -E" output less annoying, this commit converts
cond_resched_tasks_rcu_qs() to static inline. You know, the READ_ONCE()
and WRITE_ONCE() macros used to be *so* simple. ;-)
