docs: pt_BR: translate backporting.rst documentation
Translate the 'backporting' guide into Brazilian Portuguese, ensuring
strict alignment with the upstream content and structure.
The translation covers conflict resolution strategies, understanding git
conflict markers, and the process of submitting backports to the stable
kernel tree.
Additionally, maintain the strict 80-column line length limit across
the entire file to ensure proper Sphinx rendering.
